Learning Design at Scale
At Autodesk, I've worn multiple hats, from project and program manager to learning experience designer to coach, as I helped launch a customer education program for one industry in 2021 and am now (2025) working on a cross-industry unified learning program for multiple audiences.

Instructional Design: Technical and HR Training Samples
The following screenshots display an overview of trainings I have created in Storyline for internal and external audiences. Each one has additional details in the captions below the screenshot. I developed these projects according to specific requirements and with provided resources.

Course of 16 modules I wrote, narrated, and produced to train current employees and customers on policy creation. Culminates in a robust Course Quiz that includes a detailed interactive simulation in which users must correctly follow prompts in order to receive a passing score.
Instructional Design: Multimedia Samples
Each video is titled according to the general purpose it served. I wrote, narrated, and produced each of these materials, ultimately using Storyline 360 for all of them. In many cases, I work directly with subject matter experts to produce a variety of trainings for internal and external audiences. The video labeled "Assessment Examples" is a sort of menu of problem types I built to share with colleagues as a way to showcase basic capabilities for any training they might request. I developed these projects according to specific requirements and with provided resources.
